Is Baton Rouge Telco Federal Credit Union really going to allow me to skip my next auto loan payment when I open a new checking account?
Is there a fee to apply?
Will I receive a debit card?
Yes, you will receive a debit card 7-10 business days after the account opening process is completed. You are able to order checks with your new checking account.
Will this affect my credit?
No. We do not perform a credit check for this promotional offer. The skip-a-payment offer is not considered a late or delinquent payment. You should have no adverse effect to your credit score.
Is my personal information secure?

*Eligibility to skip Baton Rouge Telco Credit Union auto loan payment for 1 (one) month: You must open a Baton Rouge Telco Credit Union checking account with a minimum deposit of $250.00. Eligibility to skip auto loan payments for 2 (two) months: You must open a qualifying checking account and have at least one qualifying Direct Deposit of $1,000.00 or more within 30 days of the new checking account opening date. Direct deposit needs to be an electronic deposit posted as a paycheck from your employer or the government. Both Skip-A-Pay offers are valid for current members with an auto loan in good standing only. Interest and payment protection fees accrue during the Skip-A-Pay period. Offers only good for one new checking account per member. Delayed payment(s) will get added to the end of the loan. Offer expires 30 days after promotional offer was sent to member.
